A vegan burger joint in Tijuana, was centered around mobility and flexibility. The space was designed to be easily movable or expandable as needed, without sacrificing authenticity or style. The heart of the space is the kitchen and supply room, which were carefully designed to optimize workflow and functionality. All the furniture and finishes were locally sourced and made, adding a unique touch to the design. The result is a simple yet inviting space that perfectly reflects the client's vision and dedication to sustainable, plant-based food.
